What data do we use, how and for how long?
Use of data to provide services.
Personal data is used to manage customer orders.

In the case of e-services, email and other personal data are also used for account/access creation.

For e-training members, personal data associated with the account (email, name) is also used to track participation in the training.

Purchase history data (date of purchase, goods, quantity, customer details) is used to compile an overview of goods and services purchased and to analyse customer preferences.

The bank account number is used to return payments to the customer.

MS Klubi OÜ is the controller of personal data, forwarding the personal data necessary for the execution of payments to the processor Maksekeskus AS.

Personal data, such as e-mail, telephone number, customer name, are processed in order to resolve issues related to the provision of goods and services (customer support).

In order to provide services to you, i.e. to provide you with the information you need to participate in events/trainings, to enable you to pay for the service, and to contact you if necessary in connection with the provision of the service, we ask you for the following information:

  • first name and surname
  • e-mail address
  • phone number
  • other data related to the provision of the service, where applicable

We will retain your data for three years from the date of your last use of the Services for the purpose of ensuring compliance with your and our contractual rights and obligations, as well as to respond to any questions you may have regarding the provision of the Services.

For accounting purposes, we keep the original accounting records for seven years from the end of the financial year in which you paid us for the service.

Regardless of the foregoing, we will delete the data immediately if any basis and purpose for their further retention ceases to exist.

Use of data for browsing statistics and your preferences.
We want to continuously develop our website and make it even more user-friendly so that our services meet the needs and preferences of our customers to the maximum. For this purpose, we want to know how often our website is visited, what device and browser is used to browse, what regions visitors come from, and what information on our website is of most interest to our visitors. We will use the relevant data on the basis of legitimate interest and keep it indefinitely. We use such non-personally identifiable statistical information to analyse trends of visitors to our website.

On the basis of legitimate interest, we also remember your activities and preferences on our websites (your language preference, font size and other screen preferences) so that you do not have to re-enter them repeatedly. We will also keep a record of your purchases, unpurchased shopping cart, downloads and responses to questions we receive from you, so that we can direct you to the services and information that may be of most interest to you. We will retain this data for as long as we have a reason to retain your data, either for the purposes of providing the service (see above) or for direct marketing (see below).

Use of data for direct marketing
With your consent, we collect and store your first and last name and contact information for direct marketing purposes. We will delete this data within three years of the time you gave your consent or when you last used our services, unless you renew your consent at our request in the meantime.

When we send you information about Fööniks Club offers, promotions, events and other activities, we use the information we collect about your preferences to direct you to the services and information that may be of most interest to you.

Who has access to your data?
We have put in place organisational and technical measures to protect your data from any unlawful use: including unlawful alteration, destruction, disclosure and theft of personal data.

Internally, only the person who needs to access your data in order to perform the tasks related to the provision of the service to you has access to your data. Volunteers during the events to help register participants.

We do not share Your information with third parties unless:

All Fööniks Club mailing list members have the right to opt out of marketing communications from us at any time. To do this, you can click on the "Unsubscribe" link at the end of each newsletter. In addition, it is possible to update your list preferences by replying to any of our (newsletter) emails or by sending a separate email to info@föönikstennis.ee.
