Each training focuses on one key element, for example: forehand, backhand, serve, receive, singles or doubles etc.
The 1 year program is designed so that you practice the most important skills within yourself and you immediately test yourself in the same elements.
2 coaches on the court
The coaches share instructions for different techniques and games. The player does the self-analysis. Trainers will guide you, if you need them to.
Fixed training time
The training takes place every Thursday from 11:30 to 13:30 at Tallink Tennis Center, Tallinn. If you can participate in less than 2 hours, participate for as long as you can.
For a 2 hour practice you pay 35€, for 1.5 hours 30€.
Training takes place on several courts at once. There are up to 4 players on one court. Opponents alternate, so you can practice against different opponents, different playing styles.
After the trail training lesson, the payment for the training is either monthly or before each training. If you wish, you can pay by Stebby and also get an invoice.
I have been playing tennis since I was 6 years old, most of the time as a competitive athlete. As a tennis coach, I have been coaching beginners, amateurs and athletes of all ages for over 10 years.
"Many players who are playing tennis at a league level are already coping with self - analysis.
In the social training you can gradually take on different elements every week, put yourself to the test, and bring out the best in yourself. This is why I have created this particular social training session.
A well-assembled group of like-minded people can give us new momentum both on court and in life as well”.
